Welcome to the Ervin Clinic, Kings Mountain.
Ginger Baity Ervin,MSN,FNP-BC is a family nurse practitioner
with over fourteen years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She has worked in specialty treatment of weight loss, with a focus on the "big picture" and "keeping it off", for more than eight years.
She also specializes in the evaluation and treatment of hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalance, adrenal health issues, hormone-related fertility issues and alternative treatment of adult-onset diabetes.

Map and Directions
From Gastonia/ Charlotte:
I-85 South to Hwy 74 Business at Kings Mountain,
You will be on King Street, the main hwy (2 lane road) through Kings Mountain.
Go to the FOURTH stoplight and TURN LEFT onto Piedmont Ave.
Go to Stop Sign and TURN RIGHT onto Mountain Street. Clinic is the first building on the RIGHT.
From Shelby/Hickory:
Take Hwy 74 East to Kings Mountain.
Take the Exit "Kings Mtn./Cherryville".
Turn RIGHT off the exit onto Piedmont Avenue. You will cross the railroad tracks and come to a Stop Light at the old train depot.
Take a LEFT at this light (it seems confusing as there is a U-turn, a left turn and straight, but take a LEFT!!)
Keep straight through the next stoplight and you will come to a stop sign.
TURN RIGHT onto Mountain Street. Clinic is the first building on the RIGHT.
